    Our mission is to provide companies, especially development companies, as well as individual clients, with the option of installing any small metal structure by placing a simple order with one company, with us.

We will carry out the project from A to Z. Why is this our mission? In 2006, we founded a development company, ZGD – Zielona Góra Development. Our biggest challenge was to find a producer of metal components who would take care of the implementation of these elements comprehensively, from the initial conversation to assembly. After several years of fruitless search for such a company in our region, we founded ZGD STEEL. We started with production for our own needs. Now, over 10 years later, we make metal structures for clients in Poland and abroad.

ZGD STEEL is a family business that has been in the hands of its founders from the very beginning. We care about high quality and good relations with customers, because the good name of the company is also the good name of the two founding families, the Walczak family and the Pacyna family.

Paweł Walczak – Founder and co-owner of Zielona Góra Development and ZGD STEEL.
Responsible for everything, that is, for project supervision (Paweł has a university degree in building construction), for contact with clients, etc. Paweł started from working on the production line, so he knows, based on his own experience, what is necessary to produce metal structures of the highest quality. As we are a small, family-owned business, it is highly probable that when you order metal components from us, you will meet Paweł in person.

Stanisław Pacyna – Founder and co-owner of Zielona Góra Development and ZGD STEEL.
Responsible for the company’s investment side, for marketing, and for handling social media. Stanisław has a degree in computer science.

Magda Walczak – Chief Executive Officer of Zielona Góra Development and ZGD STEEL.
Responsible for marketing and finances. Like Paweł, Magda has a university degree in construction.

Krzysztof Bagan – Sales and Customer Service Specialist.
Responsible for contacts with customers, for the presentation of our company’s products and for providing all necessary information. Krzysztof will help you choose a design that suits your needs and will take care of all the details, from initial drawings, quote, to assembly. In our team, he is the person of the first contact. Please call Krzysztof with any questions and use his help to refine all details of your orders. Krzysztof has a university degree in building construction. 

Piotr Powichrowski – Distributor in Germany.
Responsible for the distribution of ZGD STEEL steel structures in Germany. 

Marcin Pacyna – Social Media Assistant.
Responsible for the preparation of digital graphics of structures and products offered by ZGD STEEL. Marcin holds a diploma in the use of social media in modern enterprises. 

Paweł Walczak – Founder and co-owner of Zielona Góra Development and ZGD STEEL.
